Y2K style sleeveless cocktail dress by Phoebe Couture. Bodice is 100% silk (lined in Acetate). The V shaped neckline is trimmed with pleated tulle. There is a gathered waistband of lace and a satin skirt (Acetate/Nylon/Spandex) with back kick pleats. It is labeled a size 14, but please see measurements.
There is a small spot on the center back hem, and one of the snaps to hold your bra straps in place is missing. This is a very easy fix, but isn't noticable at all if you choose to leave it.
