This adorable button blouse by Newport News is probably early 2000's. Sheer fabric is 100% rayon. Machine wash. Black with white polka dots. Raglan cut sleeves. Fun bishop/bell sleeves. Shirt tail hem. Size 4. It measures 23" long down the center, 21" on the sides. Laying flat seam to seam it's 16" across under the arms. Like new condition. someone wrote S on the label otherwise it looks like it was never worn. I ship same or next business day.
