Story
A suicide bombing occurs in the United States, taking the lives of 15 citizens.

The government, suspecting that the perpetrators illegally entered the country via Mexico, orders CIA special investigator Matt Graver to disrupt the drug cartels that control the illegal immigration business in the border area.

In response, Matt enlists the help of Alejandro, an old acquaintance and assassin who has a past where his family was killed by the cartel.
