APH Mini-Lite Box for Students with Visual Impairments

The Mini-Lite Box (1-08661-00) is designed for people with low vision disabilities. It helps teach basic visual skills as well as more complex visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills. Users learn to use residual vision to identify light, color, and objects with the Mini-Lite Box and accompanying materials. The Mini-Lite Box and its materials help students with residual vision develop awareness of light, color, and objects, and assists in the instruction of tracking, scanning, eye-hand coordination, visual discrimination, and visual perceptual skills.
