Vintage Antique Madame DuBarry Silver Crumb Brush; Rare & Unique From 1930's

This charming silver crumb brush depicts the beautiful image of Madame DuBarry. She is wearing clothing from the 1800’s with her left arm at her bodice and her right hand holding a fan. The back of the crumb brush shows her hair down to her shoulders and her dress flowing over the bristles. There are no stamped markings on the crumb brush but these particular type silver crumb brushes were made in Japan in the 1930’s. The crumb brush weighs about 5 ounces but feels heavier when holding. It measures 4” x 4”. The crumb brush is in good antique condition with expected tarnishing from age and is actually a bit darker in person than shown in photos. The nose of Madame DuBarry feels slightly rough but there are no chips, cracks or scratches on the crumb brush and all bristles are firmly in place.
