The adapter (power cord) is missing.
Only the main unit is included. I have initialized it using another adapter. It powered on normally and was usable.
As you can see in the images, a single line appears on the screen when powered on. The battery is unusable, and an adapter is required. It can be used if connected to WiFi, but considering these issues, it is being sold as a junk item.
The exterior does not have any noticeable major scratches or damage (except on the screen), but it is a used and junk item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are overly concerned about details.
