This pretty button down dress is from the 1990's. 100% rayon. Dry clean. Long sleeve. Scalloped neckline. Covered buttons. Shoulder pads have velcro so can be removed. Fitted cut. Marked size 9. it measures 35" long. 17 1/2" across the top of the shoulders. 22 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 15 1/2" at the waist, 19" at the hips. It does not look like it was ever worn. The only signs of wear are size tag which is yellow and faded.
