A very pretty antique framed wall art done in the 1920s 30s. A home craft for women in the 20s and 30s. Paper, doll was affixed to a backing and dresses were artfully crafted with various materials, usually silk and ribbons. This one is generous! Victorian lady has a fancy gown and is holding a bouquet of flowers. She has a pretty hat and a lovely parasol. The design is on a black background. It was professionally put in a simple three quarter inch gold frame that has a beaded edge. There is soft pink under mat and then a baby blue two inch mat. It was framed at Gloria's custom framing in Omaha, NE. Has paper backing clear bumper pads and a wire Hanger. This lovely picture is in very nice vintage condition. The only areas that show any wear is the frames corners They aren't damaged. Just show a little wear on the points where the joints meet. See my photos.
