Three dainty mini puffy heart charms dangling underneath from delicate chains with the middle one being longer than the outer two. Stamped "Ciani STERLING." Including a lovely 925 sterling silver rose gold vermeil chain stamped "925 ITALY" and "CI." Natural, beautiful patina included. May need a cleaning depending on your preferences.
