This is a great find! Released 70+ years ago in 1942, this is one of Tootsietoy’s last toys released before production was shut down for WWII. This iconic Auburn Roadster is No. 1016 in the Tootsietoy catalog. It was produced again in 1946 after the end of the war.
If you collect Tootsietoy you also know that you will not find a nicer example at this price.
