This is a Minichamps product, recreating the champion machine that competed in the 1993 German Touring Car Championship (DTM). The actual car is a vehicle from the touring car race series that the ONS (German National Motorsport Association) started in 1984. The "HECKERT" logo can be seen on the rear of the car.
