This is a vintage item from the 70s, made in the USA, from "Levi's," a long-standing brand synonymous with jeans.

Levi's 646 cut-off denim.
Made in USA, November 1975, factory code 54, 42 Talon zipper, orange tab. Details are unknown as information on factory code 54 is scarce.
The vertical fading of vintage Levi's gives it a great look. This is a men's item, equivalent to size L, but the length is short, so women can wear it by cinching the waist.
