Measures flat 22,5 x 32" with 20" shoulder across from seam-to-seam and ~37" in sleeves, measured mid-collar to cuff. Although 17 for neck, this tailored fit shirt is definitely closer to US Large given the slim fitting rear darts, creating 45" chest. Also note the modern sleeve length, longer than traditional tailored fits at 37".
The D&B tailored fit is designed to be more form-fitting than their traditional cut, providing a modern silhouette without being too tight.
