Vintage Original Robert Emig Ornate Mid-Century Modern Cast Iron Vanity Mirror

This listing is for a fine example of a lovely vintage Mid-Century Modern Robert Emig #1316 ornate standing table top vanity mirror with its original mirror and backing. The backing does have some staining that was present when I acquired it years ago, but it is still very sturdy. This heavy white painted cast iron framed table top mirror is marked EMIG and 1316 on the reverse. The overall piece measures 14" x 11", and the mirror is 7.5" in diameter. I believe this to be the original mirror.  The Emig company is famous for its cast iron products. The Robert Emig Co. was founded in 1945 in Reading Pennsylvania. Robert would either design or often reproduce copies of products from earlier periods in history. He would then contract nearby foundries to cast the products. Once produced he would then distribute the products made.this item seems to be in good shape for it's age despite the years it still is beautiful.
