Rare, made-in-Japan Kurume Kasuri.
Originally, this fabric was used to make domestically produced Monpe (traditional Japanese work pants for women) for many years.
Purchased directly from the manufacturer, it was quite expensive even at the time.

This item is unused, so there are no creases, wrinkles, or pinholes.

As it is a properly woven Kasuri fabric, the pattern appears clearly on the back side as well. (Unlike inexpensive printed fabrics)

It was stored in the manufacturing factory.
Therefore, there may be a slight odor, but after removing dust and debris, it will be washed with a simple hot water and water rinse and shipped with a light ironing (using a household iron).
