This is the Konica EYE 2, a 35mm half-frame film camera released by Konica in 1967.

Camera Type: 35mm half-frame compact camera.
Features: This is the successor to the original "Konica EYE," with the selenium light meter replaced by a CdS light meter.
Lens: Equipped with a large-aperture HEXANON 32mm F1.8 lens.
Exposure Control: Features program EE (automatic exposure) function. In manual mode, the shutter speed is fixed at 1/30 second, and the aperture can be selected freely.
Finder: The viewfinder displays distance zone marks and shutter speed, allowing for focus adjustment, although there is no rangefinder.
Functions: Also equipped with a self-timer and shutter lock function.
