Beautiful and after alot of research I am thinking this is by coro, it's constructed just how they did their pieces, and it certainly has the look and quality, Its very old from an estate, I'd say 50's.
The back has the rivets, it's linked together, sits Beautiful on the arm.
There are little flowers with clear glass rhinestones in the middle.
This is in great condition needs a good cleaning,
measures- 7" but end to end is 7.5" with the spring ring clasp , this is made with jump rings on the other end and you can super easily add more to make this longer, if needed longer, I'd be happy to do that for you before shipping if this doesn't fit as is.
