This is a rarely available set.
It's an old LEGO set, the Street Series Overhead Line Maintenance Vehicle released in 1973. Being from the 70s, I think it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item.
It has a body made with unusual connecting plates. Other rare parts are also used, such as two types of yellow hinge plates, a turntable, and old-style tires.
No parts are missing. The condition is very good for a used item.
The original instruction manual is included.
