Issey Miyake L’Eau Super Majeure d’Issey

Do you like smoky fragrances and salty marine fragrances? This one combines the best of both. It’s reminiscent of Acqua di Giò Profumo and manages to be part brooding, part invigorating. It’s a “blue” fragrance, but not a shower-gel blue.

L’Eau Super Majeure d’Issey is discontinued and getting harder to find. It’s one of my absolute favorites — I just have multiple backup bottles and think it’s time to let one go.

Top notes: citruses ᐧ clary sage ᐧ rosemary
Middle: dark patchouli ᐧ cashmeran ᐧ woods ᐧ marine notes ᐧ black salt
Base: tonka ᐧ madagascar vanilla ᐧ leather ᐧ amber wood
