Even my husband fell in love with this gorgeous, one of a kind wooden purse, Danish style. All beautiful wood with a gorgeous red violet (?) velvet liner with a design like an imprint. Liner forms 2 open pockets. Snaps open and shut, snap is inside edge at top on the non - handled side. It is a tight close, so you have to know where to pull. I like it more for decoration. Tapers from about 7” wide to 8 1/2”. About 3” wide and 5” tall. Handle about 13 1/2” from end to end.m with about 5 1/4” drop. Good condition for vintage piece. Photo shows some wear and there are some surface scratchings. Still beautiful!
