This is a formal kimono made of pure silk, featuring auspicious cranes. It's a light gray kimono, a popular color nowadays.
I bought it for practice.
Formal kimonos are heavy and provide a unique, firm practice experience, which is why polyester wouldn't work.
I practice with this one regularly so I can wear my best kimono for special occasions without worrying about getting it dirty.
It can also be remade into a bag, clothing, or even used as a practice kimono.
I'm 160cm tall and weigh 60kg, and it fits me. There are some minor wrinkles from folding.
The crane pattern was purchased from a store in Tokyo.
I will be sending it via post, so the folding will be irregular.
