This is a retro and cute Sanrio giraffe plush toy.
It's a character that's not often seen, so I'm guessing it's from the Showa era, judging by the age of the logo. (I'm not sure of the exact release date, so this is just an estimate. Please understand.)
It has been stored for a long time, so the bell and ribbon show signs of deterioration, and there are some light stains on the surface of the fur in places.
The most noticeable stain is on the bottom of the feet.
Considering its age, the degree of staining is minimal, so it seems it was stored without being handled much.
