This beautiful knit dress is a little different than the average wrap dress
It's a pull over/step in design
The skirt is sewn in place inside at the right waist
The ties; one tie is located on the left side of the bodice & is brought down. The other tie is located on the left side hip. It goes through the whole, wraps around & is tied with the other.
Once they are tied, I would knot or tack a stitch to secure it. Due to the silky fibers, it doesn't want to stay tight
