Stickers are already applied, and while there are some minor scratches, it's still perfectly playable.
The paint on the face of the Dokin-chan figure in the set is chipped. See photo 11 (there's also a Dokin-chan in the bonus items).

The instruction manual (play support sheet) is tattered and has been repaired with tape, but I'm including it as it might still be helpful.
