This book is related to Naohisa Inoue, who provided background art for the Studio Ghibli animated film "Whisper of the Heart," which features the story "The Baron's Story" and the short film "The Day I Bought a Star" (based on Inoue's picture book of the same name) at the Ghibli Museum, Mitaka. "Rising Current II" is painted as a mural inside the Ghibli Museum, Mitaka, and "Rising Current," which was the basis for a scene in "Whisper of the Heart," is owned by Hayao Miyazaki.

I am offering this valuable book, "Ibarado Hakubutsushi," by the famous Naohisa Inoue, based on the above content.

I have kept it carefully as part of my collection, but I have too many items, so I am reluctantly putting it up for sale this time.

It's one of the collections I really don't want to part with.
