□ The paper parts of the opening/closing mechanism are creased, folded, and peeled. The plastic door isn't cracked or broken, but it doesn't fit properly and comes off. (Please check the photos.)

All stickers are applied, but some are slightly misaligned.

□ Yellowing on the left roof section (see photo).

This was a used item when purchased; accessories such as hangers were not included. I will include some small clothes and a doll.

Comes with a black dress (new)

Aoi-chan is a kindergarten friend of Miki-chan and Maki-chan, Licca-chan's twin sisters.

Condition:

There is some hair dishevelment and dirt on the clothes, but it's still playable.

Some paint chipping, but generally clean.

▪️ Clothes, hat, shoes, hanger, brush
The hat has a white powdery substance on the surface.

The shoes are Licca-chan dedicated sneakers.

The clothes from Daiso have a detached Velcro fastener on the pants. There is some fraying, but they are clean.

Coat. Unknown brand. A perfectly sized coat for Licca-chan. One button is sewn on crookedly. Vest, shows signs of use.
