Alteration note: I took in the dress about 1-2" inches in the chest (last 2 pics). It's neat but still amateur since I didn't sew the taken in part down. No cuts so it should be possible to undo. I left it as-is in case someone else could benefit from a slightly smaller top size. But I'm also happy to undo the alterations for you.
I love this dress but the top part does not flatter my chest at all so beware if you're on the flat side like me. Got it 2nd hand off Mercari so the back shirring is already a bit stretched/loose
