The taste is similar to THIS HEAT, but more human. At the center is unease, gloom, and a hateful downer vibe. It's deliberately and intensely cool.
The noise collage and the feeling of cutting and pasting various materials are like aggressive abstract hip-hop, and can also be called innovative industrial.
The coolness of the drums cutting through the endless noise that stirs up ominousness is incredible ("Host of Latecomers").
"Neither Yield Nor Rea," "Restrained From Do and Will Not (Leave)," and other tracks are essential listening for sharp music lovers. A masterpiece.
