I'll explain why this item is being sold as "junk" at the outset. The volume down button is not functioning. To compensate, I used the volume limit button shown in the third photo to prevent the volume from exceeding a certain level, and I listened at a consistent volume.

It should also be possible to resolve this issue by using earphones with a volume control.

Other than that, there are no other functional problems.
