I do not know if these are brass but they are metal with the traditional plastic candle. They work great. All 10 were tested as show. I will include the box of light bulbs with a few extras. A few have rounded tops but there are enough of the more pointed top for all. There are few imperfections from use and storage. See the photos. Overall they are beautiful! The dusk setting seems to be a little more muted than the regular on switch. They have 2 different modes. On/off or dusk/dawn. These have a more substantial base than I’ve seen on others. Some of the bottom black protectors have shifted a little and pushed in on a few. These are not seen when display, just a minor detail I want to mention
