Fleet Street all weather hooded trench/rain coat

Fleet Street hooded all weather coat in grey. The outer shell is 100% polyester with a PU milky coating. Machine wash. It has a full zip out lining with several different materials. It is dry clean. The hood is removable and button on/off. It has a black velvety lining. The coat has a button closure with a large hook at the neck. Exposed top button and the rest hidden. Front pockets. 1 interior pocket with button and loop. Back vent. Raglan cut sleeves. Cuffed sleeves. Size 12. It measures 46 1/2" long. 18" across the top of the shoulders. 24" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 22 1/2" across under the arms, 24 1/2" at the waist, 26" at the hips. It's in very good condition with a few exterior fabric scuffs/marks. On place on the front at the hem has some light spots that look to me lake a small hand print (last photo). More noticeable in the close up photo than in person. May come out with washing.
