I used to wear the pants with the hems folded up. There are holes from wear and tear, but I think they can still be worn.
For reference, my husband, who is 170cm tall, wore them. The length is quite baggy.
The button on the waist was a different button from when I bought it.
The size is about 53cm when laid flat.
