It's in good condition and can be used for children from 6mths to 4yrs. My son absolutely loved this when he was younger - much better than just looking at the rider's back the whole time! It works best on hybrid-style bikes, but I just about got it to work on my road bike. Instructions can be found on the manufacturer's website.
