Yellow gold Red Spinel ring size N1/2-O

Presenting a beautiful Yellow Gold Spinel ring. When I sourced this ring I was told it was a garnet, however I have tested it on a presidium II gem tester and it tests as Spinel. It definitely has a richer red/pink colour typical of a Ruby or Spinel. It is also a natural spinel as there are small inclusions under magnification. The ring is a classic design with the oval shaped stone set in an east west setting and with beautiful split shank detail. The ring is 9 carat yellow gold, fully hallmarked.
