1930s type reproduction of white round sunglasses. Made in UK. Dead stock. These sunglasses are a faithful reproduction of 1930s design, updated with modern lenses and durable acetate frames. Crafted from genuine, specially hardened acetate (NOT cheap injection-molded plastic) with UV400 protective lenses. Proudly made in the UK, this small batch production will not be made again. The integrated hinges are crafted from the same hardened white acetate as the frame, replicating the authentic 1930s method of making non-metal eyewear. The acetate frame allows for easy glazing and fitting of prescription lenses by most opticians—something not possible with cheaper injection-molded frames. Includes a plain black case for storage.
