The decorative plate is part of the "Waterlocks" (Wasserschlösser) collection from the Royal Tettau manufactory. The painting on the plate is called "Trutziges Gemen" and was created by the German artist Eleonore Guinther, who is known for her landscapes. Manufacturer: Königlich privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau (Royal Tettau), the oldest porcelain factory in Bavaria. Collection: "Castles on the water" (Wasserschlösser).
