・Greetings after purchase will be sent at the time of shipment.
・You cannot choose the specific plushie to be shipped. Although it's the same product, the individual item will be chosen at random. Please be especially careful as many people are concerned about the facial features, etc. (Missing tags will be noted.)
・Shipping will be done using the cheapest method. Basically, it will be Yu-Packet.
・After purchase, we cannot accommodate requests such as purchase errors, changes to payment methods, no longer needing the item, or forgetting to use a coupon.
・Changing to Rakuraku Mercari delivery is not possible at the buyer's request. This is not possible even if there is an additional fee.
・Packaging
Figures, acrylic stands, and can badges will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
　※We will not take measures to prevent bending of the backing card for acrylic stands. We cannot compensate for bending of the backing card.

Plushies will be wrapped in waterproof packaging + a dedicated envelope or an additional vinyl bag.

Paper items and files will be protected from bending + waterproofed.

　※This is amateur packaging, and the minimum amount of packaging will be used. We try to ensure that items do not get dust on them, but please be aware that some may adhere to the packaging tape, etc.

・We will ship around the shipping deadline. The deadline is changed because it takes time to prepare depending on the item being shipped. We cannot respond to requests for reminders.
