This is a wool Chester coat from Monkey Time.
While it appears to be a classic Chesterfield coat that's not affected by trends, it features a unique design with straps inside so you can carry it over your shoulders when you take it off.
The size is L, and the actual measurements are: shoulder width 47cm, chest width 55cm, sleeve length 62cm, and length 87cm (please allow for slight variations).
I haven't had a chance to wear it this season, so I'm selling it to clear out my closet.
