I previously purchased the same T-shirt, and after washing it, the neckline became distorted, so I bought another one.
The new one also became distorted in the neckline after washing it once, so I think that's just how it's made.
It's not noticeable when wearing it. If you're concerned, ironing it should solve the problem.
