This is a Dark Seas tiger camo MA-1 jacket, a sister brand of Loser Machine, started in California in 2008 by Adrian Lopez.

This jacket has a quilted lining, offering excellent cold protection and design. It's from the 2010s and has a quality that belies its price, not what you'd expect from a street label.
I'm selling it because it no longer fits.
