This is the "PORTER TANGO BLACK" series, which uses unique original fabric made with the traditional weaving techniques of "Tango chirimen" from the Tango region of Kyoto.

The main fabric was developed over a two-year period and is made in Tango, using a special "hanging refining" process unique to the region.
"Tango chirimen," a traditional woven fabric from the Tango region of Kyoto, uses untwisted raw silk for the warp and raw silk with a strong twist of 3000-4000 times per meter for the weft, which are woven alternately. After refining, the threads shrink, and the twist of the weft returns, creating the uneven, bumpy "shibo" texture across the entire surface of the fabric, which is its most distinctive feature.

This main fabric is an original fabric that alternates between crepe weave and plain weave, expressing a striped pattern through the weave, even though it is a single color of black.
Since chirimen has long been used as a fabric for formal wear, the color "black" is also carefully considered, and it is dyed in a deep black color known as formal black.
The attached hook uses an original hook with a pattern engraved by laser engraving.
