This is a dedicated mount adapter, Adaptall 2, with an OLYMPUS OM mount.
The lens has a tiny amount of dust, and there is a small spot on the rear element that looks like a fungus mark, but otherwise, there are no scratches or fungus, and the condition is good.
The exterior has little damage and is clean.
The aperture blades, helicoid, and other functions are all working well.
Comes with the original front and rear caps!
