This is the 1982 second album by Imitation, a Japanese new wave band led by Yu Imai, the keyboardist from the original Sadistic Mika Band. The album features participation from Makoto Kubota, Sandii, Steve Scales (who also worked with Talking Heads), and Dolette McDonald. It's an album you'll want to listen to now, with tracks like "Exotic Dance," a minimal groove that blends Okinawan music, exotica, and new age, and "Narcissa," which has impressive balearic sound processing.
