* The ladder is missing. Also, the face of the boy throwing snowballs is missing, so it has been replaced with a different face. In addition, there is a crack in one hand of the boy skiing. Also, the neck of the girl skiing is slightly loose. The light is not usable.

This is an 815-piece Christmas toy shop released in 2009. It's a packed set with an iconic large Christmas tree and a house selling a wide variety of minifigs and toys.
No box, but instruction manual is included. It will be shipped without being disassembled.
It was displayed for several years and then stored away. The white parts show considerable fading overall. Please check the product images.
I brushed it as much as possible to remove dust when listing it, but there are still some areas that I couldn't remove completely. Please understand this beforehand.
