This is a FILCO FKB-86E.
It's a PS/2 mechanical keyboard, a tenkeyless 86-key compact English keyboard.
The Enter key is large, but it's an English layout, not a Japanese layout.
Width: 324mm, Depth: 170mm, Height: 32mm
Key stroke/pitch: 3.5mm/19mm
Cable length: 1.7m
Material: ABS resin
I don't remember when I bought it, nor do I remember the price (lol), but it works fine now.
Since it's a PS/2 connection, you'll need a separate USB conversion cable/adapter to use it with anything other than an old PC.
I disassembled and cleaned it once, but there's some dirt inside that I couldn't remove. Other than that, there's no noticeable dirt.
