The surface is made of fabric, 600D (denier) polyester.

Regarding 600D,
"The thread is thick and heavy, used for reinforcing the elbows of hunting jackets!"

The handle and edges use textured synthetic leather,

The main compartment has plenty of features, such as small pockets and pen holders!
The back has a Y-shaped opening for easy viewing and retrieval!
