Vintage Benedikt NY designer signed faux pearl and rhinestone brooch. This round brooch features faux pearls in the 4 cardinal directions. In between each pearl is a 3 loop design. The center of the brooch is raised with a ring of clear rhinestones. The center design features a compass-like star in the middle of what resembles a pie. In the middle of each "pie" slice is imbedded metal chips. The outer edge of the brooch features a twisted wire design. On the back of the brooch, you can see the backs of the pearls through the open settings. The pin stem is in great condition with no bends. The signed tag sits beneath a necklace hook and you can see a partial view of the "Benedikt NY" stamp with copyright symbol. The center of the back of the brooch is also stamped what appears to say "PB & Co Deponirt". The brooch measures approximately 2 1/4".
