This is a vintage baseball cap from Bangladesh, made in the 80s or 90s, featuring the Cleveland Indians with a green underbrim. It features the old logo, the Chief Wahoo, which is no longer used.

The tag says "BOYS" so it's a children's size. The circumference is about 50cm when all the snaps on the back are closed (see image 4).
