Men's, but I think women can wear them too.
You can also wear them folded at the hem. (When folded, they will be about knee-length. See photos 4 and 5)
I bought these new at a CYBER DOG store about 20 years ago. I wore them several times after purchase, but I haven't worn them for about 17 to 18 years, and they've been stored in a garment case.
There is no fading, and I think they are in good condition at this time.
However, since they are old, deterioration may occur with wear. Please understand this.
Also, I checked them before listing, but there may be stains that I can't see, so please understand.
They have been stored by a non-professional for a long time, so please purchase them if you understand this and don't mind the small details.
