The cards use Full Protect Sleeve R (made in Japan, using Komoglass and Acryace acrylic plates. UV cut rate 97% *as announced by the manufacturer)

[Initial Defects]
We pack the products with cushioning material, but if there is damage upon arrival or a wrong color is shipped, we will exchange it free of charge if you can provide a photo or other evidence to confirm the initial defect. Please contact us before leaving a review.

Returns and refunds due to customer's convenience are accepted only if the protective seals on the frame and the films on the screwdown are not peeled off. Shipping costs, etc., will be at your expense.

*The UV cut plates may not have the protective seal design shown in image 3. This is due to the manufacturer's specifications and does not affect the quality.

*All acrylic plates have protective seals. Please peel them off before assembly.
